L/R, direction etc. is always considered from the direction of flight, as if you were sitting in the cockpit looking forward. From this perspective is how the left wing, right aileron, and propeller direction is considered.
So in the case of propeller rotation, clockwise is standard. When in front of the aircraft the propeller rotates counterclockwise in the viewers perspective, however the rotation is still clockwise. In the same manner the right wing appears on the left when looking from the front, but it is still the right-hand wing.
This is a clockwise propeller (standard rotation).
