Agile and responsive like the 4S and 6S MOJAVE vehicles, the MOJAVE GROM captures Baja-style thrills for bashers of all experience levels to enjoy — at a low cost and in a size that goes almost anywhere. Now ARRMA introduces a brushless version, the MOJAVE GROM 223S BLX. For first-time drivers who have big plans for the future, it's the ideal choice of basher to grow on.
ARRMA created the 223S series because no one wants to compromise when choosing their first or next RC vehicle. You don't want to sacrifice capabilities to get a low price, or blow out your budget to get performance that grows with your skills. You want it all, and you can have it in the MOJAVE GROM 223S BLX. Low cost, legendary toughness, and the ability to advance from 2S into 3S power are all available in this one desert truck.
Using a 2S LiPo battery, the MOJAVE GROM 223S BLX offers comfortable, beginner-friendly 35+ mph top speeds that match or beat other manufacturers' 2S bashers. Later, when you've gained some experience, drop in a 3S battery. Now your MOJAVE GROM 223S BLX can unleash thrilling speeds that reach 50 mph or more!
You'll advance into faster speeds and higher performance without buying another model or making expensive upgrades. The upgrades needed to reach 3S specs are already included and installed in the MOJAVE GROM 223S BLX, adding to the exceptional value of its low price. What's more, when you first step up to 3S power, the MOJAVE GROM 223S BLX has special features that ease you into the upper reaches of its speed range.
One of those features is the Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) built into the desert truck's Spektrum electronics. With four selectable modes, DSC will automatically correct steering input as needed to improve your control, confidence, and safety, whether you're bashing on high-grip or low-grip surfaces. As you gain experience, just turn off the DSC and succeed with the skills you've learned.
Another aid for drivers on the grow is the throttle limiting feature of the included Spektrum SLT2 2-channel transmitter. It can help you learn control skills safely by limiting the desert truck's maximum available speed to 50% or 75% until you're ready for it all. Throttle limiting, DSC, and your choice of 2S or 3S battery all work together so you'll never worry about moving faster than you can manage. CLIP-FREE BODY ATTACHMENT
The MOJAVE GROM 223S BLX desert truck body snaps onto the chassis easily, quickly, and securely, and comes off with a simple press-and-release. With no tiny clips to force into place, it's a body attachment system that's perfect even for young bashers.
RUGGED 4WD DRIVETRAIN
The enclosed drivetrain with rugged metal gears carries power from the installed Spektrum 4500Kv Brushless Motor to all four wheels for high traction. The entire power system is well-protected for dependable performance on all terrain.
