The tires include a brass fitting that attaches to the valve in the tire. The other end of the fitting can then be attached by tube to a hand pump.

Yes theses wheels will fit DRACO. The hubs will need drilling to size as the axles on DRACO are 5mm (not 2mm).

The axle size is 5/32" (4mm).
