The other connector is a JST-XH connector for balancing the cells voltage when charging.
Whenever the max charge current is not listed on a battery we recommend charging at 1C, which in this case is 300mA or 0.3A.
1C is a good balance between safety, battery longevity and charge time even when there is a higher max charge rate listed.
