Event Donation Request
We contribute to the hobby community by donating gift cards to qualifying events throughout the United States. If you're looking for donations to make your RC event a success, we may be able to help.
We contribute to the hobby community by donating gift cards to qualifying events throughout the United States. If you're looking for donations to make your RC event a success, we may be able to help.
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a donation request.
- Use the PDF link below to submit information about your request.
- The event must meet participant size requirements.
- Please also provide a flyer and/or an event webpage link you're using to promote your event.
- Send us your donation request at least six (6) weeks before your event for consideration.
- Once your request is received, we will give it careful review.
- Because of the volume of requests we receive, we cannot accept custom requests or guarantee a response.
- If your event meets our criteria and you have provided us with proper documentation, you will hear back from us a few weeks prior to your event.
- After download the form please fill it out and email your donation request to donations@horizonhobby.com.
