The backplate dimensions are correct as listed. The 35-42mm in the name of the mount refers to the diameters of the motors that mount is suitable for, such as SPMXAM4620, which is a 35mm motor (3536-1200).
Motor mount holes are 19mm apart (center-to-center) measured diagonally.
Firewall mount holes are 42-48mm apart
